Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays
3-4 year old basics class 4pm
5-6 year old basics class 4:30pm
Kids Intro. (7-12 years old) 5:30- 6:15pm
Kids Adv. 6:15-7:15pm
Adults (13 and up) 7:15-8:45pm
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Kids (up to 12 years old) 5:30- 6:15pm
Adults 6:15-7:45pm.
Open Mats are regularly scheduled for twice a week and held on
Wednesday evening from 8:30pm - 9:30pm
Sunday afternoons (times announced during the week)
No guests allowed during open mat, only current students.
